Our claims consultants provide advice as to how contracts can be set up and managed to avoid claims. We also offer support in advising how best to deal with claims when they do unavoidably occur.
Our resources library includes a variety of effective software and applications to deliver our services. Primavera P6 and Ms. Project are used as the main planning tools. However, other software is used to interpret the program and communicate with the project stakeholders including Chain Link Software, Power BI and Microsoft Products.

Richard has around 10 years of planning and
control experience in the Construction and
Heavy industrial sectors. Also, He has been
involved with projects in the infrastructure
such as Rail and Road upgrades projects.
His experience is internationally spanning
between Australia, the Middle East (Qatar &
Jordan) and North Africa.
The positions Richard occupied allowed him
to gain in-depth knowledge about the field
and enrich his capabilities as a Senior/Lead
Planner. They, also, enabled him mastering
the local requirements in terms of
contractual obligations, communication and
stakeholders’ engagement.
Richard’s strong planning and controls
experience and education has allowed for
development of specialist expertise in delay
and disruption analysis, schedule risk
analysis, and forensic analysis on complex
projects.
He is recognised as an expert on matters of
time and associated cost. He regularly
provides consultancy advice to project
owners, contractors and their legal counsel
on matters of planning, risk, delay and
disruption on major complex projects.
Richard is experienced in the use of
Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, Chain-Link
and Microsoft products. He uses his
knowledge of software systems to analyse
large volumes of data in a time and cost-efficient
manner.

- Assisting with dispute resolution and claims planning matters on multiple projects, including construction scheduling, delay and disruption analysis.
- Contractual Dispute Analysis; issue resolution, fact finding, application to delay
- Project based tasks to include fact-finding to detailed analysis, quantification of delay and damages, forensic construction documentation exploration.
- Critical Path Analysis; demonstration of critical paths & consequent disruptions.
- Development of the master and construction schedules, liaison with works package contractors to ensure all programmes are consistent with the construction schedule.
- Demonstration of entitlement to EoT occurring as a result of delay/ disruption/ loss of efficiency. Development of work fragnets to demonstrate entitlement to EoT, drafting of claim and negotiation strategy.
